After a 21-year absence from our screens, celebrated adventure gameshow The Crystal Maze returned to air as part of Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign in October 2016.
Comedian, writer and actor Stephen Merchant hosted the one-off special, produced by Fizz. Stephen guided team captain Rio Ferdinand and contestants Michelle Keegan, Sara Cox, Josh Widdicombe and Jonnie Peacock around the Aztec, Medieval, Futuristic and Industrial zones before sending them in to face the fans in the iconic Crystal Dome.
