-Experienced Head of Production to oversee the three labels across

London and Birmingham-

RDF, a Banijay company, today announces Katie Brewer-Frankl will be joining as Director of Production. She will be responsible for overseeing a slate of factual and entertainment shows across RDF, and the labels under its umbrella; Fizz and Wonder. She starts on the 7th September.

Brewer-Frankl joins RDF from Wonder, where she was Director of Production and Operations from April 2018, line managing production teams across the London and Birmingham offices on shows including critically-acclaimed Hometown (BBC Three), Billy: Made in Scotland (BBC One) and Bride & Prejudice (C4) amongst others.

From 2016, she was Head of Production at Little Gem working on shows including How To Lose Weight Well (C4), This Is Our Family, (Sky Atlantic) and Winter Migrant Crisis (BBC1). Previously she was Exec in Charge of Production at Fresh One Productions. Here she opened and operated international offices, securing and delivering the US version of the UK format Dream School USA (Sundance). Previous positions have included production executive and production manager roles at companies including Shine and Freeform.

As Director of Production, Brewer-Frankl will report to Managing Director of RDF, Fizz and Wonder, Jim Allen. Angela Oakhill, Head of Production at RDF West, had been temporarily taking on the role, and will now return to her position overseeing the Bristol productions.
