We DO NOT offer unpaid work experience at RDF or RDF West, including college or university placements. We only offer paid employment to people who’ve finished full time education. Please do read the information in the “Starting your career at RDF” section for a further explanation about this.
In previous years we have offered work experience to GCSE students (one per week, throughout the summer on a first come, first serve basis), as required by the national curriculum. This summer and last summer we were unable to host students because of the pandemic.
Going forward, we are NOT accepting GCSE work applications for the summer of 2022 whilst we revise our policy, so please do not apply. All our regular work experience supervisors from various boroughs have been informed. Please check the website next year for any updates.

Internally the Talent Database can only be viewed on a permission basis by members of the Talent Team and therefore all personal details are securely held.
When you kindly send your CVs to RDF speculatively or for a specific position which we’ve advertised, we keep them on file and replace them if you send an updated CV. Having said that, if you would like to withdraw your details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove you from our system straight away.
