Reality Masters & Servants
Ever dreamt of having servants to attend to your every whim? Imagined having someone else to do all those jobs you dread around the house?

This modern day, real-life version of Upstairs, Downstairs gives families the chance to experience the pleasures of having servants to do everything for them. The catch is that in return for living in the lap of luxury for a week, each family must also spend a a week below stairs. What will it be like to receive orders – and to give orders? How will the two families cope with their new roles?

The families spend two weeks living together under one roof. In the first week the servants pack their bags and move into the master's house. Once they have met their masters and been given their own quarters, they ditch their civvies and don the servant uniform. Now, the fun begins. The masters can ask the servants to do anything for them – take the kids to school, make the beds, scrub the floors, shop for the week, organise a dinner party, make a cup of hot cocoa at 4 in the morning – whatever the desires, the servants must comply with their master's wishes and be respectful and helpful at all times. After a week the servants and masters change roles. Our former servants become masters and get the chance to get their own back on their erstwhile bosses. And the masters get a taste of their own medicine . . .
