RDF Television gets set for Christmas & the New Year
This Boxing Day sees the last of RDF’s award-winning Faking It format air on Boxing Day on Channel 4 – viewers will get the chance to see shy cleaner Sharon become transformed into a nipple-tasseling burlesque dancer – and on the 28th December BBC Two viewers will be treated to a perfect Christmas, Anthea style.
January sees the return of Monty Hall in Great Ocean Adventures on Five for eight brand new episodes and Shipwrecked: Battle of the Islands is back, bringing a little bit of paradise to a new Sunday tea-time slot for a twenty-one week run, concluding with a live final where the viewers’ favourite castaway will be revealed. Set against the idyllic tropical backdrop of Aitutaki in the Cook Islands, the new series promises even more excitement, rivalry and passion than ever before, as the bikini-clad Tigers take on the sun-loving Sharks in a heated bid to lure new castaways to their respective islands. This January Shipwrecked will be accompanied by spin-off show The Hut-cam Diaries which gives viewers a behind the scenes look at life on Aitutaki.
